Beautification Project

This was the first proposal in 2016 that was then rescinded due to a law suit brought by Karl Ory (before Mr. Ory became a council member) and Bob Mulholland against the City of Chico and Chico Scrap Metal.

In June 2021, a second proposal was rejected by the City of Chico, leading us to a lawsuit and to the stop of our California Redemption Value (CRV) recycling services.
